Scrum But

Today I wanna talk a little be about SCRUM BUT.

I think it doesnt exists, because if we look at SCRUM as a FRAMEWORK we can use only the things that is gonna work for me.

For example: Our team works fine only with the Planning and Retrospective. We agree that if we use more, like DAILY we gonna have more results.

The point is that SCRUM BUT is part of the game.
