First Retrospective and Planning Meeting

Today I'm to excite because is my first Retrospective and Planning Meeting as a Scrum Master.
I have just prepared some materials to help me.

Those are:

- Planning Poker.
- And the boat figure, to tell what make the boat engine and the ancor.

Also I gonna use the definition of DONE e Retrospective Plan as show bellow.

I have some issue, because I have one year of experience working in a scrum enviroment, but the team doesnt have any. So this a opportunity to teach what I know.
